MicroCreamery - Tour details

England's MicroCreamery tours must be reserved in advance. England's MicroCreamery tours accommodate a minimum of 7 participants and a maximum of 25 participants. The running time for tours is approximately 1½ hours depending on the size of the group and the package selected. (Birthday parties generally run 2 hours if serving cake and opening gifts.)*

There are two packages offered for tours and parties:

     England's MicroCreamery should be notified of the "Group Flavor" (the flavor made with Jane) approximately one week prior to your tour date so that we can make every effort to have the appropriate ingredients available. See our flavors and creations pages for Group Flavor ideas.
     A list of the names of the participants along with their individual ice cream creations should be provided to England's MicroCreamery no later than 24 hours prior to your tour date so that we can have the individual ice cream already prepared upon your arrival.
* We are also able to provide sandwich platters, chips & juice upon request. Ask for details.

Payment Terms:
     There is a minimum fee of $56.00. A deposit of $48.00 is required to secure your field trip date. This deposit will go toward your final payment. Payment arrangements for the remaining balance can be made the day of your event.   Please keep in mind that we are not equipped to accept credit cards, so please be prepared to pay in full for the services rendered either by cash or personal check drawn from a local bank.

Cancellation Policy:
     Should you need to cancel for any reason, your deposit will be refunded in its entirety if you notify England's MicroCreamery of the cancellation no less than one week prior to your event. Refunds will not be issued if the event is cancelled with less than one weeks notice to England's MicroCreamery. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
